Our park is safe. We are taking various measures to make your stay even more safe. Nevertheless, we understand you wish for certainty while booking your holiday. Therefore our rebooking guarantee provides you with a care-free booking.

Care-free booking

Due to the current corona virus, we understand you take the corona measures into account. To offer our guests full certainty of a nice holiday, we have our #rebookguarantee. You are allowed to cancel your holiday at any time in case of corona infections or (national/regional) measures. This is free up to 7 days in advance.

Voucher

If you wish to cancel your holiday, we will provide you with a voucher. You can redeem this voucher at a later time. The vouchers are valid until the (December 31st) end of the next year, looking at the date of booking.

Only valid for direct bookings

The rebooking guarantee only applies to reservations made through our own websites. This applies to the following websites:

Conditions

  • You do not pay cancellation fees;
  • If your holiday can not take place due to the virus, or not all facilities are fully opened, you can receive a voucher of the current booking;
  • The vouchers are given out if there is a provable case of corona in your travel company and/or there are (regional) measures which forbid travel to our destination.
  • You can rebook for free up to 7 days in advance.
